Dr. Oz’s 3-Day Detox Cleanse

drozshow

Are you looking to eliminate harmful toxins, restore your system and reset your body? Dr. Oz laid out a three-day plan to help you do just that, and he even offers a grocery list of what you need. The system will cost approximately $16 a day, and the only appliance necessary is a blender!

It includes starting your morning with what he calls “Morning Detox Tea” – brewed green tea, 1 slice of lemon and 1 tsp of Stevia – and ending your day with a “Detox Ultra Bath.” This bath requires soaking with 2½ cups of Epsom salt and 10 drops of Lavender Oil.

And there are some great recipes for juice and smoothies! Download the one-sheet with a grocery list, directions and recipes!

    1. Hi Angie,

We are not sure about doing it more than three days — Dr. Oz doesn’t mention anything about it. However, the repeat favorite drink means of the three recipes he offers you — one for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner — you can repeat your favorite one.

  1. I have a regular old blender, will that be ok to use. I can’t afford to buy some fancy blender! And, from a lot of other comments from people who have tried this they say the lunch drink makes SO much. Many people have only done 2 celery stalks and half of a cuke. I think I will do the same, would that make a big difference?

    1. i an now doing mine it is my second day yes it is true the lunch drink is a lot and tastes awful but I tried with it it is also very thick I could not take the dinner one as I was still very full
