Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra Launch New Free Meditation Experience: Expanding Your Happiness

Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra are launching their latest, all-new, free, 21-day meditation experience “Expanding Your Happiness,” now open for registration here: www.Oprah.com/meditation. The program beings Monday, August 11, 2014.

“Happiness is the goal of all other goals,” said Deepak Chopra, world-renowned author and pioneer in mind-body medicine. “If you seek happiness first you will find yourself achieving success, creating meaningful relationships, making healthy choices and tapping into higher consciousness.”

“Expanding Your Happiness,” voiced by Oprah and Deepak Chopra, offers an audio meditation each day and a series of thought-provoking reflection questions designed to anchor the teachings, which are easily accessible from a mobile phone, tablet or computer. Through a private, interactive journal feature, meditators are able to record and view their progress, giving them an invaluable picture of their personal growth and development.

Here is what participants can expect out of the 21-Day Meditation Experience, Expanding Your Happiness:

A new Chopra Center Free 21-Day Meditation Challenge starts March 11, and this time Oprah Winfrey is joining Deepak Chopra with a focus on Perfect Health.

Meditate and journal each day toward perfect health in mind, body and spirit. Deepak and Oprah will guide participants to embrace the vision of their best self, expand understanding of the body, and achieve greater balance and wellbeing, according to the Chopra Center.
