Would you like to easily tame stress and overwhelm to help yourself to get unstuck — and start noticing signs around you to help you get there?
Whether you are trying to get unstuck and move forward in some area of your life and make positive changes in your life, or you’re trying to just open up to signs and synchronicity around you, which I talk about in my book, “The Universe is Talking to You,” or if you’re just trying to calm down some of the stress overwhelm and chaos around you, the best thing that you can do is to do what I call mini meditations throughout the day.
You may have heard the seemingly endless benefits of benefits of meditation, and most people think of meditating as sitting for 20, 30 or 40 minutes at a time with the intention of quieting the mind. But the truth is, meditation — even with a mind that is constantly trailing off and thinking about to-do’s and more — relieves stress and retrains the brain. And thanks to neuroscience, we now know you can get those same benefits with shorter meditations spread throughout the day.
This is especially true when you feel stuck in some area of your life, and are looking for clarity and to relive some stress that you are feeling in your current situation. You also want to move back into the present moment throughout the day so you can notice the signs the Universe, your angels and guides are sending your way to help you move forward. This is especially true if you have been praying for and asking for help or divine intervention.
What makes mini meditations — between 1 to 3 minutes — throughout the day so wonderful, is it interrupts the stress cycle and the loops we find ourselves and our brain in throughout the day. I recommend setting an alarm of your phone, or tying in the meditations with something you do routinely at least four times a day to start.
For example, you could do it in the morning before you get out of bed, on your lunch break, before driving home from work or in the car outside the house before heading inside, and then right before you go to sleep at night.
There is also a Mindfulness Bell app for both iPhone and Android that can be set to go off at certain times throughout the day as a reminder as well.
Here is how it works:
Alarm goes off and you stop what you are doing.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.
Repeat a mantra for 60 seconds to three minutes, such as “Release,” “Let Go,” “All is well,” “Relax,” or whatever feels good to you.
If your mind wanders off, no worries. Just guide it back to the mantra.
Then open your eyes and go back to your day.
How does this help you get unstuck in your life?
It tames the chaos around you. It calms your stress and overwhelm. It brings you back to the present moment so you can notice the subtle signs the Universe is sending to guide and direct you.

Are you feeling stuck in one or more areas of your life and looking for a spiritual solution?
You’ve may have tried a ton of things like meditation, journaling, gratitude, vision boards . . . but you just can’t get yourself to move forward. You’re running in circles, not making progress and feeling frustrated and overwhelmed.
As someone who teaches people how to get unstuck in any area of their life using spiritual tools that harness the energy of the Universe so they can create a life they love, I have found there are five key steps that when used together can make a huge difference for people.
I created this formula for myself because I was stuck in almost every area of my life at one point, and I started testing and creating simple tools that could be done quickly — I’m talking about only minutes each day!

And I want to share with you the 5 steps I have found that can make a huge difference for people who feel stuck to finally start moving forward and making progress where they were totally stalled out in the past!
The truth is, if you use only one or two of the steps (and one or two tools in the Get Unstuck Toolkit) you can see progress. But when you use them together it supercharges it and most people are shocked at how quickly the formula works for them.
Step 1: Gaining Clarity on What you REALLY Want I see this with my one-on-one clients, my students, my friends and family, and even in my own life – we don’t take the time to get clear on exactly what we want to see or be or do or have in our lives around the area we are stuck.
Many time, we know we’re not happy where we are, we know it is not where I want to be and that we want something different than what we have, but we have not taken the time get clear on it. We need to ask ourselves, “What is it that I want? What is it going to look like? How will I feel when I have it?”
If you know you are not happy, but you don’t know what you actually want – for example, you are not happy in your job, but you don’t know what else you want to do to try and manifest a different job, you can still get some clarity around it. But right now, if you can’t figure out exactly what it will look like right away, I want you to focus on what is it going to feel like. How will you feel when you wake up in the morning and you’re going to a job you love? When you’re going to a job that lights you up? Start there, and then you can move forward into figuring out more of the details of what you want.
If you want to manifest a love relationship, but you have don’t have a clear picture of your ideal relationship would look like, sit down and make a list. What are the qualities your ideal partner will have? What are the things you would do together? How would that person make you feel?
It doesn’t take a lot to get clear, but once you are, it’s so much easier for the Universe, your angels and guides to partner with you and start moving you forward. This is because when you are not clear, you are sending out mixed signals and it’s keeping you stuck!
Step 2: Calling in Higher Help We have a tremendous amount of higher resources available to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — and we are all entitled to tap into them! You have angels, guides, loved ones on the other side, ascended masters, gods and goddesses, saints and the Universe as a whole available to assist you on your path, and that includes getting unstuck!
There are eight customized prayers for the main areas I find most people get stuck in the Get Unstuck Toolkit, including manifesting money and abundance, health and healing, career and purpose, anxiety and fear, depression and loneliness, attracting new relationships, repairing relationships and parenting struggles, and each prayer pulls in all the higher helpers who specialize in each are, but if you don’t know who specializes in your area, I always tell people to call in their “collective,” and just state “anyone who specializes in XYZ,” and start there.
You can say, “I’m just calling in my angels, my guides and my loved ones who have passed on all those in my soul society, only those with the highest of vibration,” and then explain what you are looking for help with – and I always say, you are not just asking for things to be “fixed.” You are asking for the signs, the guidance and the direction toward helping you take action and move forward.
When you say a prayer and call in higher help, most of the time, you will suddenly think of something you didn’t before. You will get clarity you didn’t have before. You will overhear someone say something that leads you to an answer or leads you forward. The opportunities, the signs and the right people will start flowing into your life.
Step 3: Tame the Chaos Inside of You and Around You The third step that is important when trying to get unstuck is starting to tame some of the chaos inside of you and around you. Often our thoughts are on the past of the future, and not in the present moment, and when we get caught up in the chaos in our mind or in our lives we are not even seeing the signs being sent our way to direct us forward.
If you are in chaos, it’s harder for you to get clear. It’s harder for you to focus. It’s harder for you to pay attention to the subtle answers that calling in higher help is sending to you
The easiest thing to do is throughout the day, take mini meditation breaks. Set an alarm on your phone and take 60-second breaks to close your eyes to repeat a mantra to release the stress and chaos and get back to the present moment.
The Get Unstuck Toolkit has three mini meditations for you to do this, but if you just stop throughout your day and bring yourself back to center, and then continuing with what you’re doing, you will start to notice a difference in how you feel. This is a key to moving forward, because if you are in that whirlwind of chaos all of the time, you will stay stuck in that energy. And that is not the energy that will propel you out of stuck. You won’t even have the mental capacity to figure out how to get unstuck or to let the ideas come into your head because it’s so full of chaos.
And part of that chaos is taking on other people’s stuff – other people’s energy, negativity and chaos that doesn’t even belong to you. Whether you identify as an empath or not, I promise you, you are taking on energy from the people and the places and everything around you. You don’t want to carry that with you.
Step 4: Focused Gratitude In addition to clearing the chaos you want to keep your vibration up — especially around the area you feel stuck! So in addition to those mini meditation breaks, adding in what I call focused gratitude can help you shift quickly out of stuck.
I think any general gratitude practice is important to have, but what I’m talking about is doing exercises with gratitude that are focused on the area you feel stuck because when you feel stuck I guarantee you that you are focusing on all that is going wrong. You are focusing on the negative and not on what is good or going right. And you need to shift that energy to create change.
That’s why, in addition to the eight custom prayers in the toolkit, I also included eight focused gratitude exercises targeting each life area.
Step 5: Find and Clear Limiting Beliefs The final piece I find that keeps people stuck is limiting beliefs. We all have them. If you have a belief that you can’t do something, you shouldn’t do something, you don’t deserve to do something, or that something’s not possible, they will trip you up every time.
The challenging part is we don’t always know what these limiting beliefs are because they are stored in the subconscious mind. Luckily there are ways we can uncover them using muscle testing, or even a pendulum, to tap into the subconscious mind.
But limiting beliefs will literally keep you stuck. So once you start addressing all of these pieces and it sounds like a lot. But again, all of the tools, they’re simple, easy things that you can incorporate in your day that take only minutes, like saying a prayer that can make a difference that can start moving you forward again.
I work with clients using my intuition and pendulum to uncover their beliefs and anything else keeping then stuck, and the best way for you to start is to answer the question – Why have you not been able to X? Fill in the blank with “find a love relationship,” “find a new job,” “make more money.” Your “excuses” or “reasoning” will hold some clues to your own beliefs holding you back.
