Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra announced the ninth, and newest, “Oprah & Deepak 21-Day Meditation Experience” titled “Become What You Believe.”
Embracing the themes of connection and meaning in the world, this all-new, free, 21-Day Meditation Experience, beginning on Monday, November 2, will help participants discover the key to understanding who they are today, and open the door to who they want to become. Simultaneously, it aims to help alleviate stress and revitalize mind, body and spirit.
“The quest for meaning and the desire to answer some of life’s most thought-provoking questions is the common thread that connects us as human beings,” said Oprah Winfrey. “Opening ourselves up to belief, however that manifests itself, can help provide us with meaning and lead us down a path to a more fulfilling life.”
“Become What You Believe,” led by Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra, offers a 20-minute audio meditation each day and a series of thought-provoking reflection questions designed to anchor the teachings with a centering thought and mantra. Through a private, interactive journal feature, meditators are able to record and view their progress, giving them an invaluable picture of their personal growth and development. The meditations are easily accessible from a tablet, computer, or the mobile companion app available in iTunes or Google Play.

Originally launched in 2013, the “Oprah & Deepak 21-Day Meditation Experience” now features a catalogue of nine different programs with over 4.1 million participants from over 200 hundred countries around the globe.

Week One: Opening Up Your Awareness of Belief
This week will focus on expanding the awareness of your beliefs and how belief made you the person you are today. When you open yourself up to your core beliefs, you find out who you are and why you behave as you do. New energies become available when you pursue the core beliefs that are life-supporting, fulfilling and spiritually transforming.
Week Two: Embracing and Transforming Your Beliefs
This week is about finding your true identity through the energy of belief. By embracing your core beliefs, you become a person of power, and by expanding your awareness of those beliefs, you change the hidden beliefs that may be holding you back, such as those about limitation, victimization, old wounds and resistance.
Week Three: Uniting the World through Belief
The last week focuses on changing the world through the light of higher faith. When we share our beliefs with others, we experience the truth that we are more alike than we are different. When we accept and embrace this truth, we replace our “us versus them” mentality with “we are one,” and in so doing help heal the separation caused by outworn prejudices, grudges and traumas.
