Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra are launching their eighth “Oprah & Deepak 21-Day Meditation Experience” titled “Manifesting Grace through Gratitude,” starting July 13.

This all-new, free 21-day meditation experience will help participants stop chasing the things they think they need to be happy and start finding true joy in each present moment. Simultaneously, it aims to help alleviate stress and revitalize mind, body and spirit.

Originally launched in 2013, the “Oprah & Deepak 21-Day Meditation Experience” now features a catalogue of eight different programs with over 4.1 million participants from hundreds of countries around the globe.

“This meditation experience will be a heartfelt journey of discovering the grace already present in our lives through the eyes of gratitude,” said Deepak Chopra.

“Manifesting Grace through Gratitude,” led by Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra, will offer a 20-minute audio meditation each day and a series of thought-provoking reflection questions designed to anchor the teachings with a centering thought and mantra. Deepak Chopra Sets Guinness World Record for Largest Meditation Gathering

World-renowned spiritual leader and founder of the Chopra Center, Deepak Chopra set the Guinness World Record for the largest online meditation in history, which was 33,061 people participating for a 30-minute period, according to the Guinness team

“When we channel our energy in the direction of peace, compassion, harmony and love, it affects everyone on the planet,” said Deepak Chopra. “We wanted to explore what would happen if thousands of people around the world came together to be still in a meditation practice for peace. It was an incredible experience for everyone that participated.”

The meditation event drew more than 140,000 people, both physically and virtually via live-stream. Participants joined from around the world to experience instruction, conversation, and a guided meditation led by Chopra. The Global Meditation event also featured special guests Gabrielle Bernstein and singer-songwriter India Arie.

“Peace can only be created by those who are peaceful,” said Chopra. “The world is a reflection of who we are, and whatever shift goes on within us will be reflected outside of us. Given recent conflict and unrest all over the world, there was no better time for us to undertake this spiritual challenge.”

The Chopra Center for Wellbeing partnered with Unify.org and 1 Giant Mind to host the Global Meditation event.

Deepak Chopra Partners with GlobeIn to Support Worldwide Artisans

Created to make a difference in the lives of local artisans, GlobeIn is an online marketplace offering handmade items  from developed and developing countries worldwide, and Deepak Chopra recently led a $1 million investment round to raise money for the company’s app, making the goods available via mobile devices, according to a report by Business Insider.

The site offers accessories, apparel, jewelry and more, and there is now a monthly subscription service called “Explore the World with Deepak Chopra,” where subscribers will get a monthly box with the meditation series from the Chopra Center and curated products from Globein merchants for $29.99 per month.

“GlobeIn is a business with purpose — creating wealth by improving the life of those who are poor, but have unique artistic talents to offer to the world,” said Chopra in the article. “I’m proud to be part of their great venture.”
